Ingredients:

  • 1 large head of cabbage
  • Green beans, onions, carrots, tomatoes (2 each)
  • Green bell peppers
  • Salt and pepper
  • Optional veggies like potato, coriander sweet corn (you may or may not use these)
    • Method:

      Put all the sliced vegetables in a pot. Add spices and salt to taste. Cover the pot with a lid. Bring to a fast boil for ten minutes and then reduce to a simmer. The vegetables should be cooked until they become tender.
