Scandinavian Spinach Soup With Boiled Eggs


This is the best soup if you want to cut back on calories without starving. Eggs add to the yummy flavour, while spinach limits your calorie intake and detoxifies your body. So, don’t wait to lose it magically.

 

Ingredients:

10 oz fresh spinach
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 chopped onion
2 cups water
Organic milk
3 tablespoon flour
White pepper
Salt and 4 boiled eggs into halves

Method:

Chop washed spinach leaves coarsely. Heat olive oil and sauté onion in a large saucepan until golden. Add water and spinach, and bring to a boil. Cook until spinach is tender. Blend with a hand held blender until smooth. Whisk cold milk and flour together and pour into saucepan blending thoroughly. Bring to a boil and simmer for a few minutes, until thickened. Season with salt and white pepper. Remove from heat. Garnish with egg halves and serve.
